Modi center-left on economic issues, close to center-right on social issues: India was almost fully socialist from 47-91. Modi/his party BJP is center-left on economic issues - many socialist programs that you cannot count using 2 hands, while at the same time privatising non-profit government companies. . Hence why he should be considered center-left on economic issues.
